This law firm has a strong presence nationally and as it grows into Queensland is now looking for an experienced personal injury lawyer to lead the Queensland practice, representing and advocating for plaintiffs in a range of injuries matters. With a steady flow of work and a strong reputation in the southern states, this is a career defining opportunity.

About the role:
As the lead lawyer in Queensland, and supported by Partners in the southern states, you will:

• work across a variety of personal injury claims including workplace, superannuation/TPD/IP, professional negligence, public liability and medical negligence claims;
• look to work collaboratively to resolve claims, think outside the box and work towards positive outcomes for your clients;
• be part of a collegiate and harmonious team while working towards growing the firm’s presence and Brisbane team; and
• have a steady stream of work from an excellent existing referral network.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• 7-15 years’ PAE in litigation and personal injury law;
• the confidence to lead a team;
• experience in mentoring and supporting juniors; and
• excellent client management and engagement skills.
