About the role:
Reporting to the General Counsel and working in an established legal team you will work across the business with a focus on commercial and contracts work including:
- drafting and advising on various contractual agreements particularly those relating to company technology and systems;
- advising on competition and consumer law matters including working with the marketing team;
- ad hoc commercial advisory work on BAU matters; and
- assisting on strategic projects and regulatory issues.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 8-15+ years’ PAE and an unrestricted practicing certificate;
- demonstrated experience dealing with technology contracts as well as ideally some exposure to competition/consumer law;
- ideally top law firm foundation training as well as in-house (including secondment) experience relevant to the above;
- a very commercial approach allowing you to immerse yourself in the business and manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
