The Role:
This is a key succession opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel ready to step into leadership and partnership.

You’ll lead and mentor a small litigation team and manage a portfolio of significant matters including:

  • Complex shareholder, joint venture and partnership disputes
  • Misleading and deceptive conduct and contractual claims
  • Director’s duties and corporate governance litigation
  • Professional indemnity and commercial disputes for sophisticated clients

You’ll work closely with the firm’s senior Partners, with the clear goal of taking over an existing practice and client base in the near term.

About You:
You’ll ideally have:

  • 6+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation (senior associate or special counsel level)
  • Strong technical and strategic litigation skills
  • The confidence to lead a team and manage major disputes autonomously
  • Strong client relationship skills and an interest in building a practice
  • Ambition for partnership within a genuinely supportive environment
