Property Lawyer – future Partner

This national law firm has long operated in Brisbane with a great reputation and a genuine national approach to the firm’s growth and resourcing strategy. As part of the firm’s strategic expansion in Brisbane a new opportunity has been created for a Senior Associate to join the team who has partnership aspirations.

About the role: 

This role will see you working closely with two other Partners as well as an established property group. Existing clients and work include:

• managing the property and related commercial law matters for an impressive list of institutional, firm-wide clients;
• capitalising on existing relationships within the firm’s commercial,  corporate, construction and litigation practice;
• bringing and continuing to nurture the client relationships you have; and
• developing and growing the firm’s commercial and property offering by further building a team and ensuring excellent client outcomes.

Skills/Experience:

To be considered for this role you will:

• have at least 6 years PAE and be at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level in property law;
• have strong client relationship and business development skills;
• have excellent abilities to mentor, guide and develop lawyers below you; and
• be a cultural alignment with the firm – down to earth, approachable, team oriented, friendly and with a strong client care focus to your work.
