The company:
This regulatory body plays an important regulatory, compliance and advisory role operating across a broad range of activities with a national remit.

About the role:
As part of an already large, existing legal team you will sit with a number of administrative law and regulatory lawyers, advising across:

  • statutory decision making, functions and power;
  • statutory instruments and applications;
  • privacy;
  • disciplinary matters, negotiations, arbitrations and appeals where necessary;
  • administrative and public law matters particularly relating to the complex regulatory and policy obligations of this authority; and
  • assist with the development of procedure, policy and governance supporting the regulatory requirements.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

  • 6+ years PAE with experience in public and administrative law;
  • government/public law experience will be highly regarded;
  • excellent research and statutory interpretation skills and an analytical, problem solving mind.
