Due to sustained workflow growth, they are now looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to their litigation team.
The role:
You will work on a broad range of high-quality disputes, including:
- Construction and building disputes
- Commercial and corporate litigation
- Property and leasing disputes
- Shareholder and director matters
- Consumer and contract disputes
- Federal Court and superior court litigation
- Matters for sophisticated repeat clients, including major builders and commercial entities
You will run matters end-to-end with appropriate supervision and mentoring, and be given genuine ownership of files and client relationships. The firm is also happy to support further development in construction or commercial disputes if that’s an area you want to deepen.
