Litigation Lawyer

This specialist litigation law firm is well recognised as a leader in Brisbane. The firm regularly acts for a mix of ASX listed and large corporate clients and has an excellent culture best described as meritocratic, fun and inclusive.

About the role:
Working closely with a young, down to earth Partner who will take you under their wing, you will work across a mix of contentious files for a mix of ASX listed and large SME clients. This will include:

• insolvency, liquidator and bankruptcy work;
• various commercial disputes including shareholder, partnership and business disputes; and
• general litigation. 

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• 2 to 6 years’ PAE in dispute resolution;
• demonstrated experience running some of your own matters as this role will give you autonomy to run your own files & work on larger, complex litigated matters;
• the ability to work closely with your clients; and
• an interest in mentoring the graduate lawyer in the team.
