The opportunity:
Our client is a leading mid-tier firm with one of Brisbane’s strongest litigation teams. With around 20 lawyers, the group enjoys rare stability – departures are only to in-house or the Bar. Clients include insolvency practitioners, accountants, regulators (including AHPRA) and major corporates. Partners are invested in mentoring and giving lawyers real file ownership from day one.
About the role:
Join as an Associate or Senior Associate and work on:
- Financial services and insolvency litigation;
- Professional indemnity disputes for regulators;
- High-value corporate and commercial disputes.
You’ll work directly with respected partners and senior lawyers while building your own client relationships.
About you:
- 3+ years’ PAE in commercial litigation
- Strong technical skills and file management
- Confident with clients and briefing counsel
Experience in financial services, professional indemnity and commercial/corporate disputes is an advantage.
