Family Lawyer

The firm:
A reputable and well-renowned generalist firm in the Bayside area, who is bringing on new young Partners and honing in on their commercial, family and property practices. 

The role:
Due to the recent expansion of the firm, they are seeking a family lawyer to join their growing team. Acting for a wide variety of clients, including high net worth individuals, the role will see you run matters across areas such as divorce, maintenance, child support and property settlements.

This is an opportunity to grow your career and practice as you’ll be given the autonomy to run your own matters, though your Partner is a mentor who will always be there to guide and assist you.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• ideally 1-2 years PAE in family law or wills + estates;
• the ability to work fairly autonomously on your matters (as expected based on your PAE level);
• strong technical and drafting skills; and
• the confidence to liaise with clients.
