The Opportunity
The multi-partner team handles a diverse mix of matters, including:
- Unfair dismissal & general protections claims before the Fair Work Commission and courts.
- Discrimination & harassment complaints and investigations.
- Industrial relations disputes, enterprise bargaining, and union negotiations.
- Workplace health & safety compliance, risk management, and responding to regulatory investigations.
- Employment contracts, policies & workplace investigations for major corporate clients.
- Post-employment restraints & protection of confidential information matters.
- Whistleblower complaints & workplace culture reviews.
You will work closely across a range of clients from major corporates, government departments and start-ups, gaining hands-on experience and high levels of client interaction from day one. You will also be involved in strategic advisory work, giving you exposure to complex legal issues that shape business decisions.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ 2+ years PAE in employment law.
✅ Strong drafting skills and the ability to manage matters with supervision.
✅ Confidence in client interactions and a commercial mindset.
✅ A desire to develop into a future leader within the firm.
