The company:

About the role:
Working with a number of Partners (considered among the best in Australia), this role will see you:
- bring your strong drafting skills into what is effectively a corporate practice working for energy and resources clients;
- work across general corporate and M&A work with a focus on renewable energy, traditional energy, hard rock mining and resources clients;
- provide corporate advisory services on large projects from joint venture and mergers and acquisitions in the resources sector through to capital raising; and
- advising on major procurement as well as corporate advice relating to mining/resources operations.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you may come from a number of backgrounds:
- you may have 2-10 years PAE experience in corporate, banking, projects, high end property or of course energy/resources law;
- what is important is that you have strong technical legal drafting and complex transaction experience.
