Commercial / Property Lawyer

The opportunity:
This is a great opportunity for a junior commercial or property lawyer to work with one of the Brisbane CBD’s most highly regarded boutique firms and have the work quality you would expect from a top-tier.

Working alongside a very impressive Senior Associate and Consultant, this role will see you get involved in a very interesting variety of commercial law, property law, commercial succession planning and body corporate law.

About the role:
In this role, your day-to-day will see you:

• work with high-net-worth clients and SMEs;
• develop skills on a range of matters including retail leasing, franchising, sale/purchase of businesses, business structuring and estate planning and succession;
• get hands-on experience that you can’t get at most mid-tier and top-tier firms; and
• reporting to an approachable and supportive Senior Associate and Consultant.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role, you will:

• have ~6 months – 2 years PAE in commercial law or property law (bonus points if you have relevant pre-admission experience too);
• possess strong attention to detail and drafting skills;
• understand how to run files in property and/or commercial transactions;
• desire a challenging and rewarding career in commercial or property law; and
• be ready to prove yourself and take your career up a notch.
