About the Role
You’ll work closely with experienced PI leaders across a broad range of matters, including:

• Motor vehicle, WorkCover and public liability claims;
• Medical negligence and TPD matters; and
• Complex files with hands-on support and guidance.

The difference here is sustainability:

• File load sits around 40 matters, not 70–90
• Partners are involved, accessible and focused on development (and training)
• Hours are balanced with a steady, manageable workflow

The role can be based in either Brisbane’s northside or the Sunshine Coast, with around one day per month in Brisbane.

About You
You’ll bring:

• 2–10 years’ PAE in personal injury (including relevant pre-admission experience)
• Strong communication and client management skills
• A collaborative mindset and interest in growing long-term within the practice
