It’s a genuinely stable practice – we rarely see lawyers leave (except to go in-house, overseas or top tier!).
About the Role
This is a broad construction role with a primary focus on back end disputes, complemented by front end contract reviews and advisory work. You’ll work closely with a respected Partner and multiple seniors in a large, well-resourced team.
Your work will include:
- Construction litigation and disputes;
- Security of payment matters and adjudication;
- Delay, variations, defect claims and contractual interpretation;
- Contract drafting, reviews and risk advice (front end component);
- Infrastructure, energy, resources and government projects;
- Working with multiple Partners across a high-performing practice.
This is a role where you get real responsibility at your level – with genuine support and high-end matters that rival the top tiers.
About You
You’ll have:
- 2–10 years’ PAE in construction law (back end, front end or mixed backgrounds considered);
- Experience managing files and building client relationships;
- Confidence working across a busy, collaborative team.
Backgrounds from construction, projects or commercial litigation are all suitable.
