If you’re a plaintiff personal injury lawyer looking for a genuine team culture, real mentoring, and balanced hours – this is the role you have been looking for.

You’ll join a team of around 20, working closely with award-winning Partners across:
• Motor vehicle, WorkCover and public liability claims
• Medical negligence and TPD matters
• Complex files that still allow for balance and mentoring

The difference? A manageable file load (around 40 matters) and Partners who back you to grow, not burn out.

This role can be based in Brisbane’s northside office or on the Sunshine Coast, with around one day a month in Brisbane.

You’ll thrive here if you:
• Have 1.5–10 years’ PAE in personal injury law (including relevant pre-admission experience)
• Enjoy direct client contact and collaboration
• Want mentoring, balance, and meaningful work
