The Firm:
We’re pleased to be partnering with (in our opinion!) one of Brisbane’s leading corporate and commercial firms. They have recently brought on a new partner in the Employment & Workplace Relations space in an area that they previously referred work out.
The firm has a hugely impressive list of both national and international private and publicly listed clients and now have the capability to tap into what are already proving a very warm professional leads. Their existing clients are thrilled to be serviced by the firm in the employment space and the surface of more work has hardly been scratched.
About the role:
This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced and highly regarded partner, where you will provide:
- expert guidance and counsel to employers in diverse industries on matters related to employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety;
- practical and timely commercial advice and solutions, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service;
- workplace training sessions, covering a wide range of employment law topics; and
- workplace investigations for bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination complaints.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will:
- have ~2-5+ yrs PAE in employment law from a well-regarded firm;
- possess a deep understanding of employment law;
- ability to work autonomously; and
- have strong analytical skills.
