This national law firm’s property practice is known as one of Queensland’s (and Australia’s) best and also one of the largest.
About the role:
The property group works across all aspects of property work and this particular role will see you work across:
- acquisition and sale of commercial and specialist property (such as child care and medical practices);
- development of sites both greenfields and existing buildings;
- complex leasing;
- commercial property advisory work associated with the above.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will:
- have 1-5 years’ post admission experience in property law;
- top tier, large mid tier or national law firm experience preferred because of the size of transactions handled by this group; and
- have strong academics (minimum 5.5 GPA) from your LLB.
