Bio
Ross is a qualified lawyer with over fifteen years’ experience as a lawyer and legal recruiter both domestically and internationally. His strengths are his in-depth knowledge of the people in the legal market and his ability to connect exceptional talent with great opportunities
Ross began his career in recruitment in 2004 in the London head office of a global agency. He worked in their financial services regulatory and compliance team covering the UK and Europe market before moving into the legal recruitment team. During this time, he placed lawyers in private practice in Magic Circle, UK and US firms.
On return to Australia, he practiced as a solicitor with a respected Queensland law firm before establishing the legal recruitment function for a national search and selection company in Brisbane. He then reconnected with Peter (who he had studied law with) while working at a Brisbane boutique agency before establishing Peppercorn Recruitment.

Bio
Peter has over fifteen years of experience as a lawyer and legal recruiter in the Brisbane market. He takes a consultative approach to recruitment that utilises his industry knowledge and wide network of clients and candidates.
From 2006, Peter has worked in legal recruitment, initially working with one of the largest recruitment agencies in the world. During this time he sourced lawyers domestically and managed international recruitment campaigns for UK firms. Peter then worked with a Brisbane boutique agency where he placed lawyers across most of Brisbane’s law firms, in-house and government teams before establishing Peppercorn Recruitment with Ross.
Prior to recruitment, Peter worked as a lawyer with international, top tier law firm Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens Linklaters) as a projects lawyer. During this time he also worked in-house on a number of secondments.
