No two days are the same. Depending on what’s happening across the business, you could be:
- supporting acquisitions and investment transactions
- advising on commercial property and leasing matters
- negotiating commercial agreements
- working on development and operational issues across a diverse property portfolio
- assisting with governance, board and committee matters
- partnering with senior executives on strategic business initiatives
- helping external advisers deliver major projects.
It’s the type of role where you’ll quickly gain an understanding of how investment businesses actually operate, not just the legal aspects, but the commercial drivers behind every decision.
