Looking to move in-house into a role where you’ll actually use your commercial judgement?
This large, established organisation operating in a regulated and project-driven environment is seeking a 4–9 year commercial lawyer to join its in-house team.
This is a contracts-focused role with real exposure to operational decision-making. Legal is embedded in the business and involved early, not brought in at the eleventh hour.
The role:
Working closely within a large legal team, and reporting to the Manager of Legal, you will:
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Advise on procurement, supplier and services agreements
• Support live projects from a contractual and risk perspective
• Provide clear, practical advice to internal stakeholders
• Assist with compliance and governance obligations
About you:
You will have 4–9 years’ PAE with solid corporate/commercial training.
You bring:
• Strong drafting and negotiation capability
• Confidence managing counterparties directly
• Experience working in or alongside regulated environments
• A practical, business-focused approach to risk
You enjoy being close to the action and working collaboratively across the organisation.
