The company:
This law firm’s national Environment and Projects team regularly advises on large scale development, resources and infrastructure work across Australia.
 
About the role:
Highly regarded in Australia, as part of this top tier team you will:

  • work for major developers, government, infrastructure and resources companies;  
  • advise on the environmental and approvals aspects of major projects; and
  • be involved across the projects from approvals, environmental impact assessment, development, environmental compliance and P&E court appeals.

Skills/Experience: 
To be considered for this role you will have:

  • at least 3 years’ post admission (up to Special Counsel) in planning and environment law or energy and resources law;  
  • if your background is planning and environment rather than energy and resources, a focus on the environmental side is preferred;
  • strong drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box.
