The Opportunity
Our client is a highly regarded Brisbane litigation practice seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial disputes while enjoying something that’s increasingly difficult to find in private practice, a genuine part time option.
The firm is open to 3, 4 or 5 day working arrangements, making this an ideal role for lawyers wanting to balance a rewarding litigation practice with life outside the office.
The Role
Working closely with experienced Partners, you’ll advise across a broad range of matters including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Shareholder and business disputes
- Insolvency litigation
- Construction disputes
- Supreme Court and Federal Court litigation
You’ll work with a broad client base including private businesses, government and large corporate clients on complex, high-quality matters.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Approximately 5-10+ years’ PAE
- Strong commercial litigation experience
- Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
- A collaborative approach and desire to continue developing professionally
Experience in insolvency or construction litigation will be well regarded but is not essential.
