As part of the team, you’ll have the chance to work on a variety of exciting property transactions, including off-the-plan developments and residential conveyancing, for a diverse range of top-tier clients.

What You’ll Be Doing: As part of this high-performing team, you will:

• Review property searches and prepare legal documents including contracts and correspondence
• Draft and amend contract terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer and negotiate contract variations and review contract executions
• Collaborate closely with clients, banks, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
• Manage your own caseload across the full life cycle of conveyancing matters
• Use PEXA to prepare and manage settlement workspaces
• Provide exceptional client service with prompt and professional communication
• Contribute to continuous improvement in systems and processes, leveraging your strong IT skills
• Support and mentor junior team members, while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a conveyancer or property/leasing paralegal
• Familiarity with off-the-plan sales contracts, especially in residential and mixed-use developments
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in PEXA for preparing workspaces and completing settlements
• A drive to take ownership of client matters and manage your own portfolio
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing top-tier client service
• A collaborative, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed
