The company:
This national law firm has a strong property group and due to continued workflows a great opportunity has come up to join the firm working on mostly high rise, mixed use developments.
About the role:
The property team works on a mix of high rise developments across Queensland, a consistent workflow from a mix of listed and privately owned property developers which has made them one of the most profitable practices in the firm’s Brisbane office. Awaiting you is,
- a steady flow of high rise development work;
- large mixed use developments and some flat land developments work; and
- a whose who client list who are certain to keep you very busy.
Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 2-8 years’ post admission experience in property (development), ideally including high rise/body corporate law;
- excellent attention to detail;
- developing client relationship skills as this role will build you toward being a key client contact.
